About Event

Psychology Event lays a platform that provides an ideal combination of science, an open atmosphere allowing attendees and speakers to easily focus on academic exchange of ideas and authoritative views which covers the entire spectrum of research in neuropsychiatry, Psychology, Mental Health, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Psychotherapy, Behavioural Neurology.

Psychology is the study of behaviour and mind, embracing all aspects of conscious and unconscious experience as well as thought. It is an academic discipline and an applied science which seeks to understand individuals and groups by establishing general principles and researching specific cases. In this field, a professional practitioner or researcher is called a psychologist and can be classified as a social, behavioral, or cognitive scientist. Psychologists attempt to understand the role of mental functions in individual and social behavior, while also exploring the physiological and biological processes that underlie cognitive functions and behaviors. Neuropsychiatry is combination of both Neurology and Psychiatry which focuses on disorders related to mental health, in which many cases were revealed to be originated from a recognizable malfunction in the brain. The aim of Neuropsychiatry is to comprehend the relation among the body, mind and its behavioral activities. The trained Neuro-psychiatrist works along with additional Neuroscience clinicians, namely neurosurgeon and neurologist, to deliver complete care to the patients.

This event will bring together worldwide distinguished academicians in the field of Psychology and Psychiatry, Psychiatry researchers, public health professionals, scientists, academic scientists, industry researchers, scholars, Psychiatrists and Psychologists to exchange. The purpose is to generate new ideas for treatment that will be beneficial across the spectrum of various neuropsychiatric disorders. The main aim of this event is to deliver an outstanding program for exchange of ideas and authoritative views by leading scientists which covers the entire spectrum of research in Psychological disorders and share the cross-cultural experiences of various treatment procedures. It is an annual meeting of Psychiatrists as well as Psychological committees to discuss the future of the Psychiatry and Psychological Syndromes in terms of collaboration, structures and organizational development and advances of Psychology and Psychological syndromes. Psychiatry is changing so rapidly that it seems impossible to predict a year ahead. Psychiatry is a unique specialty with some very formidable challenges. The discussion of the future of psychiatry will focus on 5 interrelated areas: workforce, access, stigma, research, and ethics & public perception. There is a serious crisis in psychiatry workforce, there are very few psychiatrists, and large parts of the country especially rural and inner city areas have very few.
